Updated January 15, 2012 22:27:35

The Gold Coast Blaze snapped a three-game losing streak by beating Melbourne Tigers 73-60 on Sunday.

Blaze guard Adris Deleon led all scorers with 21 points and also grabbed 8 rebounds in the final round 15 game.

Gold Coast, which was never behind in the game, has improved to 7-8, while Melbourne after its third consecutive defeat stands at 9-9 trailing the top four by two games.

Despite a sell-out crowd in Melbourne, the Blaze were on fire from the start leading by one point at quarter time and nine at the half.

The advantage was extended to 17 points before the visitors coasted to victory.

NBL leading scorer Cameron Tragardh was held to 14 points.
