The battle of Canberra has predictably gone once again to the Capitals, who hammered the struggling AIS 87-69 at the AIS Training Hall on Wednesday evening.
Marianna Tolo top-scored for the visitors with 21 points, while Jess Bibby added 17.
Casey Samuels managed 19 points for the Institute.
